How Long Does It Take For The Furniture To Dry?
2-12 hours. We do not soak your furniture, and most fibers dry very quickly. Some factors for dry time depend on fiber type, level of soiling and indoor/outdoor temperature.
Can You Remove Pet Urine Odors From Upholstery?
There are many variables, in many cases our Advanced Pet Urine Odor treatment will eradicate the odor. However in extreme situations (especially cat urine) replacement may be your best option if you want 100% odor removal.
Can You Clean The Upholstery Inside The House On Hardwood Floors?
We clean 99% of the upholstery inside your home we can safely clean over any surface. We can also move some pieces into another room, back deck or garage if needed.

Should I have A Fabric Protector Applied After Cleaning?
Yes we recommend it, having stain guard applied will increase the life of your upholstery and help prevent spills from becoming stains. The cost is 50% of the cost of cleaning.
Service Includes:
- Pre-Inspection
Our technicians will perform special tests to determine the content of your fabric. The content will determine what type of cleaning solutions and techniques will be used. We will also point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concern.
- Area Preparation
We will prepare the area where the upholstery will be cleaned to protect your surrounding furnishings.
- Pre-Vacuum
All fabrics should be vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning. This step will remove dry soils and any loose particles from cracks and crevices
- Pre-Treat
Depending on your fabric, a special solution designed for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to "emulsify" the soil.
- Pre-Spot
Any Potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
- Pre-Groom
The fabric will then be gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to loosen the soil
- Soil Extraction And Rinse
The soil is then extracted from the fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse.
- Post Spot
Any remaining spots will be treated with special stain removal products.
- Post-Groom
The upholstery will then be prepared for drying with a gentle combing of the fabric.
- Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
